Diane Wilson, PNA

Managing Partner

Diane is the financial brain behind our Professional Public Practice and Accounting Services. She has over 8 years experience as a tax accountant and tax agent working in public practice. Diane is accountable for all tax lodgment and preparation assistance provided by Accounting for Small Business. Diane also has extensive experience using MYOB, Cashflow Manager and QuickBooks accounting software.

On a personal note, Diane is a keen property investor and therefore she has a strong interest in residential property and investments. Additionally, Diane has an interest in pottery and most things that are crafty, and some of her work is on display in our office.

Keith Marshall

Administration Partner

Keith is the partner accountable for the overall management of the business operations and ensuring the success of our service.

He has over 8 years experience in business management and administration, as well as over 4 years experience in the preparation of Individual, Partnership and Company Tax Returns. His background includes retail and hospitality management, human resources management and community services. He also has extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounting, MYOB, FilePro, Quickbooks and Accounting Software training. Additionally Keith is very passionate about personal and professional development and the quality of the bookkeeping industry. He currently works with individuals and organisations providing a variety of training services including MYOB, Budgeting and Financial Management and Bookkeeping Skills.

As Keith is a business owner he understands the stresses business owners experience and is committed to helping them live their lives free at least from accounting worries. Additionally Keith has a very pragmatic approach and is therefore very focused on providing practical solutions that make life easier for our clients.

On a personal note, Keith enjoys cooking and whilst he won’t be the next Jamie Oliver or Donna Hay any time soon, he tries his best. He also has a keen interest in organic farming, natural health, and global warming.
